Upon successful completion of the module, students can communicate and manage conflict. They also can

  • use various communication tools
  • argue in a goal-oriented way
  • use resistance as an opportunity for integration and change
  • deal constructively with forms of resistance in a social context
  • understand change processes in organizations and make use of appropriate action alternatives
After successfully completing the module, students can work in the area of group and organizational dynamics in order to
  • understand the dimension of teamwork in the context of projects
  • control the ability of groups to work
  • actively intervene to promote team development
  • understand pitfalls and dangers in organizational dynamics and implement appropriate interventions
