UAS BFI Vienna, University for Economics, Management and Finance, has been providing authoritative, high-quality business education with a special emphasis on Europe for over 25 years. 20 years ago we also introduced our university continuing education programmes – a move which our students, customers and partners welcomed.

UAS BFI Vienna offers students comprehensive, practice-led business education and continuing education programmes which are compatible with employment and open up exciting career opportunities.

Our research drives innovation. Centred around focus areas involving cross-overs between our various degree programmes, the interdisciplinary research we carry out targets current and future challenges faced by businesses and society.

Lifelong learning is important to us and it is the guiding principle in the design of our practically-focused bachelor and master programmes right through to the university continuing education courses offered by our Executive Education Center.

The Annual Report 2023/24 gives you a comprehensive insight into our joint successes of the last financial year in the areas of organisation, teaching, research and third mission (equal opportunities and gender equality, sustainability and internationality).

To mark our 30th anniversary in 2026, we are publishing a commemorative publication under the motto “Zukunft. Gemeinsam. Gestalten.” It focuses on the people who shape our university: students, staff, and partners from business, politics, and society.

The motto reflects our philosophy: taking responsibility and creating spaces where professional success, innovation, equal opportunity, and international perspectives can flourish.
