Learning outcome

After successfully completing the lecture, students are able to:

  • apply previously acquired project management knowledge during the project preparation phase.
  • evaluate the use of agile or traditional process models and choose a suitable methodology in accordance with the project requirements.
Students will complete all preparations (e.g. project agreement, setting up a team) for the project during the project preparation tutorial.
