  • apply the previously acquired project management knowledge in all relevant phases of the project life cycle.
  • evaluate the use of agile or traditional process models and choose the suitable methodology in accordance with the project requirements.
  • implement the entire project life cycle from project initiation to project completion based on a comprehensive case study including a number of simulated obstacles.
After successfully completing "Project Tutorial Preperation", students are able to:
