Learning outcome

After completing the course, students are able to understand process descriptions of "routine" operational processes in connection with sales, to create them themselves and to model them as flowcharts (this corresponds to the basics of process management). Furthermore, they are able to transfer common concepts and methods of quality management to the situation in sales and apply them in practice.
