Learning outcome

After having successfully completed the course, students are able to:

  • utline basic technical PM competencies and PM processes; guide themselves through all stages of a project life cycle and describe a project manager's and project team's essential activities; to work actively and constructively on a project and take over planning tasks.; to implement a slightly complex project using relevant PM methods and simple software-based PM tools (e.g. Excel).
