Learning outcome

Students are able to evaluate workforce requirements and initiate measures to recruit and select potential employees. They know the most important tools of modern recruiting, such as structured interviews, assessment centres, etc., are able to conduct exit interviews and carry out separation measures such as termination, dismissal and amicable separation in a legally and personally correct manner. They are also familiar with measures such as social plans and outplacement and are able to judge when these measures should be used and how to initiate them.
