After successful completion of the course, students can:

  • explain the role of digital trends (AR, AI, Big Data, etc.) in value creation
  • understand how lean management strategies help identify new business strategies and opportunities
  • understand and explain digital disruption and can give original examples how identifying macro trends of disruption can lead to new business opportunities
  • explain the business model canvas and its role in business development.
