Learning outcome

At the end of the course, students will be able to:
create methodologies [e.g. work-breakdown structure (WBS), appointment, costs, risk, controlling] for all stages of a project management life cycle using simple IT tools (e.g. Excel) and; apply them on a low-complexity project tasks during the lecture called "Project Management basics & project work" which is run simultaneously.
