This course focuses on the following topics:

  • HR controlling basics: tools, target groups, tasks
  • Maturity models and differentiating factors
  • Deriving HR metrics out of HR processes
  • Data sources (e.g. HR Software Solutions)
  • Data analytics and quality assurance (incl. examples based on Microsoft Excel)
  • HR-Benchmarking and Business Intelligence
  • Practical examples from various organisations
