Tasks, field of application, objectives and limits of computer-based aptitude testing. Getting to know different relevant methods of aptitude testing and their areas of application. Evaluating the results of specific methods. Selection of methods on the basis of defined requirements. Getting to know different software products and analysing the respective advantages and disadvantages. Exemplary use of different computer-based analyses and tests on the basis of case studies in recruiting, personnel development, potential analyses and team composition.
