Learning outcome

After the successful completion of this course the students will have the basic knowledge of modern compensation systems and their motivational aspects as well as incentive and benefit systems that are not tied to salary, and their respective consequences. They will have the skills to apply the total-compensation scheme in business practice and to successfully communicate and implement a performance-oriented compensation system.
