"After the succesful completion of the lecture, the students are able
1) to consider and explain the dismissal protection of handicapped employees, pregnant women and employees on maternity leave;
2) to consider the protection regulations fixed by law when employing mothers/mothers-to-be or adolescents and to advise the company accordingly;
3) to design the working time of employees in a company according to the legal guidelines and to know the documentation duty;
4) to identify relevant administrative criminal records;
5) to make sure that employers adhere to the obligations of technical employee protection;
6) to identify the most important problems regarding security and health in the company;
7) to have the contact information of all relevant internal and external stakeholders when questions regarding employee protection come up;"
