Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to :- explain agile PM methodologies including their processes and concepts and put their skills into practice. - to take part in a small Scrum project and carry out tasks assigned to their role. - use Kanban to create projects and implement simple agile tools (e.g. Taskboard) in everyday project activities.
