Getting through your studies in good shape - our new psychology blog by Angelika Groh

We’ve put together a blog packed with fascinating articles and handy tips and tricks on psychology, psychotherapy and mental health during your studies.

The brains behind it, Angelika Groh, is a clinical and health psychologist and psychotherapist. She’s been advising UAS BFI Vienna students on all matters connected with mental health and well-being for 20 years now. The focus of her work covers everything from providing advice on coping with day-to-day student life and dealing with relationship issues and family disputes, to mental health problems such as anxiety and depressive moods. In her new blog, Angelika deals with FAQs, seemingly intractable problems and challenges that appear impossible to overcome, opening up new perspectives and suggesting ways of dealing with difficult situations.
