Executive MBA General Management - Sustainability Management

The Executive MBA General Management - Sustainability Management combines climatological aspects, leadership techniques and value chain adaptations to teach the sustainability skills that are essential in the era of the ecological crisis.

Management currently requires entrepreneurial strategies and their operational implementation to be considered against the background of ecological discontinuities. Adaptation and mitigation of climate change require decisive entrepreneurial action. This requires first analysing the complex structure of climate change itself in order to assess the consequences. In the context of the institutional responsibility that companies have due to their social significance in the modern age, the factual possibilities of paradigm shifts in terms of entrepreneurial value creation and leadership models are shown in order to methodically shape this transformation.

The Executive MBA General Management with a specialisation in Sustainability Management is offered in cooperation between the Executive Education Center of the University of Applied Sciences of the BFI Vienna and the E-Learning Group and is designed as a part-time postgraduate Master's programme without attendance.

You can find more information about the programme on the page of our cooperation partner ELG (german only).
