Executive MBA General Management - Sales Management and Sales Psychology

The development of a customer relationship-oriented sales and distribution strategy is essential for companies to be able to react to the fast-paced economic environment, dynamic market changes and internal and external requirements in customer retention and new customer acquisition management, which is characterised by advancing globalisation. The identification of the desired target group(s) and the current customer base, targeted marketing taking into account the latest findings in business psychology and the continuous development of sales and marketing skills are among the essential success factors in this area.

The Executive MBA General Management with a specialisation in sales management and sales psychology is offered in cooperation between the Executive Education Center of the University of Applied Sciences of the BFI Vienna and the E-Learning Group and is designed as a part-time postgraduate master's programme without attendance.
