Learning outcome

After successful completion of the course, students will be able to interpret team building processes and to actively contribute to their formation, to know which conducive and obstructive factors are necessary for successful teamwork and which they can personally contribute, to recognize the course of processes in teams, who is needed in teams, which working methods and techniques are adequate for teamwork and which factors significantly influence a successful outcome.
