Learning outcome

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to

  • illustrate the social problem areas and challenges in projects,
  • apply methods of analysis and, building on them, deduce solutions,
  • out of this, develop a self-conception of their role as project manager in the social system “project” as well as recognize and distinctively describe the interests and needs of other roles in the project, and
  • apply stakeholder management with its methods (e.g. system board).
