Content-related assessment criteria: degree of problem identification and problem characterisation, complexity of the solutions.
Formal criteria: completeness of the answers, task-specific requirements, linguistic differentiation of the presentation of results.

Learning outcome

After successful completion of this course, students can
· explain principles of constitutional law and administrative law (2),
· explain principles of EU-law (in particular sources of EU-law (treaties, directives, regulations), fundamental freedom, the role of the European Court of Justice, competition law)
· argue legally in the field of Public European Business Law, both in speaking and in writing (3),
· analyse and solve practical cases of Public European Business Law, (4).
