  • small groups analyze selected project management topic areas in selected companies,
  • all small groups develop/utilize a maturity model as benchmark,
  • students autonomously agree the cooperation with one company each,
  • students choose the appropriate survey method (quant./qual.),
  • analysis of the company, alignment with the maturity model and deduction of measures,
  • poster presentation and comparison of results

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to

  • utilize the previously acquired PM knowledge in the analysis of project management practice in specific companies,
  • autonomously reach an agreement with the client,
  • handle complexities as well as contradictions and ambiguities,
  • apply methods for business analysis (e.g. maturity model, qual./quant. survey),
  • document and present results appropriately.
