After successfully completing this course, students will be able to

  • discern and describe different kinds and types of innovations as well as essential approaches and models of innovation management,
  • assess the advantages and disadvantages of these approaches and identify their requirements and effects on the process and project management of a business, and
  • devise the management subsystems involved accordingly.
