After successfully completing this course, students will be able to

  • illustrate modern approaches and instruments of HR management,
  • describe the functions of personnel management adapted for project-oriented organizations,
  • recognize the competences and skills of staff and purposefully take them into account when performing HR tasks,
  • select, deploy and develop suitable staff when in a leadership or project manager role.
