  • name and explain components/modules of SCM systems in the company and inter-company service provision process (1,2)
  • explain different types of data (master data, transaction data, change data) in SCM systems (1,2)
  • name the links between SCM systems and other internal and external information systems and explain how they interact (1,2)
  • create and manipulate master data, transaction data and change data in an SCM system (3)
  • create business cases in an SCM system and process and analyse them as a process cycle (3,4)
