Academic celebrations of the Executive Education Centre
Congratulations to all of our graduates! We’re delighted to invite you to the academic ceremonies.
In 2025, the academic ceremonies will take place during the following periods:
Thursday, May 15, 2025, 4:00 p.m. - Online programmes (registration period: March 18 - April 28, 2025)
Thursday, November 20, 2025, 4:00 p.m. - Presence & online programmes (registration period: 22.09.-02.11.2025)Registration will be activated as an online form on this page during the specified period.
Please note: Changes to dates (e.g. mergers) are still possible after the registration deadline due to the number of registrations.
After you have passed your final exams you can register for your academic ceremony here.
Typical schedule for a academic ceremony:
- Entry of the graduates
- Opening address
- Speeches
- Presentation of certificates
- Expression of thanks by the students
- Closing address
Musical accompaniment: Vienna Strings (string quartet)
You and your guests are invited to a reception after the ceremony.
Organisation:
- You must register if you would like to take part in the graduation ceremony.
- Each graduate can bring up to 5 guests to the ceremony (in addition, children are also welcome).
- After the closing date for registration, we will contact you in good time before the ceremony and send all the information you need to the e-mail address you provided when you registered.
- Graduates will meet in room E08 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Participation in the instruction is required for a participation in the graduation!
- All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
- Please dress appropriately for the occasion.
Academic ceremony photos
A professional photographer will be present at each ceremony. You will be able to buy photos after the ceremony (please note that the photos will only be finalised after you order them).
