Innovation and organisation: the key to project success

Project management serves as one of the pillars of a company’s economic success. For the realisation of projects, executives need comprehensive in-depth knowledge of project management, business analytical skills and social skills. The monitoring of change processes (change management) is one of the tasks of project managers, just as managing international projects. The master degree programme “Project Management and Organisation” offers an innovative, practical and at the same time scientific and profound academic training, which is suited to the needs of the economy.

quote illustration

After completing my bachelor's degree in "Project Management and IT", I wanted to focus more intensively on the management aspects of companies. Since I am professionally responsible for IT and organizational development projects, the master's program "Project Management and Organization" seemed ideal to me.

The broadly based subject areas of this practice-oriented course of studies are optimally adapted to the professional challenges. The acquisition of valuable competences is made possible with this study.
