Reference management software

Students and staff of UAS for Business & Society can download the pro version of the Citavi reference management software for free.

• Create a Citavi account using your UAS for Business & Society e-mail address.
  Alternatively you can add our campus license to an existing Citavi account.
  
• Install the free version of Citavi or go to Citavi Web.

Citavi Accounts, created using an fh-vie.ac.at address will remain active.
The old email address will remain your login name until you change it.
Here is how you can change your email address in Citavi.


Importing Data from other Reference Management Software

If you want to switch to Citavi from other reference management software, you can import your existing data:

You can import EndNote data into Citavi. Please refer to this guide in the Citavi Support Manual.

You can also import data from Zotero.

• For Mac OS or Linux users, Citavi Web is now available.
• Another cross-platform alternative is Zotero.
