  • Assessment criteria: correctness of content and methodology, completeness of the answer, level of detail of answers, compliance with the criteria of academic writing

After successful completion of this course, students can:

  • talk about materials and their technical properties,
  • present and describe technical processes at various stages and production techniques,
  • explain technical advantages and disadvantages as well as quality aspects and specifications of products to customers,
  • write complaint emails and reply politely to customer emails in which they name the different types of technical problems,
  • describe faults and suggest possible solutions.
