After successfully completing this module, students will be able to:
- explain the in-depth technical PM competencies with a focus on quantitative methods in project initiation and definition (e.g. business case analysis, risk, estimation, financing, bid price) and apply them in project situations.
- explain specific processes of requirements engineering and commercial project management (e.g. procurement, project acquisition, change request and claim management) and apply them in project situations.
