After successful completion of the course, students will be able to... - explain similarities and differences between leading process models of project management (e.g. classical, agile, hybrid) especially for the requirements engineering process and project controlling tools. - give an overview of leading international PM standards and PM certifications. - explain the areas of application and the principal opportunities and risks of digitalization in project management and present selection criteria/procedural models for the introduction of PM software in a company.
