Learning outcome
After successful completion of the traineeship, students are able to:
Demonstrate the application of knowledge and skill-sets acquired throughout the programme at the workplace, in the assigned functions
Solve real-life challenges in the workplace by analysing work environment and conditions, and selecting appropriate skill sets acquired throughout the programme
Communicate and collaborate effectively and appropriately with different professionals in the (international) work environment through written and oral means
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for diverse groups of professionals (across countries and cultures) by engaging harmoniously with various company stakeholders
Exhibit professional ethics by displaying a productive and constructive attitude during the traineeship
Exhibit critial thinking and problem-solving skills by analysing and reflecting upon underlying issues and challenges related to their traineeship, the degree programme and their self-advancement
Articulate career options and provisional paths by considering opportunities in the traineeship company, other companies in relevant industries, as well as professional and educational advancement
