Learning outcome
In this module, students gain a thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of technical project management and sales, with a particular focus on risk management, teamwork and the effective use of project management and sales tools.
After successfully completing the module, students are able to:
- name and describe the basics and principles of technical project management,
- name, structure and classify the most important instruments of sales,
- explain important project management methods and their areas of application,
- explain elements of trade fair and field service planning,
use project planning and control tools in real scenarios,
transfer trade fair and field service planning into a comprehensive sales plan,
explain the importance of communication and teamwork in project management,
describe and compare different CRM tools.
