Learning outcome

In this module, students gain a thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of technical project management and sales, with a particular focus on risk management, teamwork and the effective use of project management and sales tools.
After successfully completing the module, students are able to:

  • name and describe the basics and principles of technical project management,
  • name, structure and classify the most important instruments of sales,
  • explain important project management methods and their areas of application,
  • explain elements of trade fair and field service planning,
apply and implement risk management techniques in projects,
use project planning and control tools in real scenarios,
transfer trade fair and field service planning into a comprehensive sales plan,
explain the importance of communication and teamwork in project management,
describe and compare different CRM tools.
