After successful completion of this course, students can:

  • understand and use the most important aspects of communication in an intercultural context,
  • describe, differentiate and apply the basic models of comparative cultural management research in an intercultural context,
  • explain the significance of intercultural characteristics for sales success,
  • distinguish and evaluate intercultural behaviors comparatively.
