This course focuses on the following topics:
- HR controlling basics: tools, target groups, tasks
- Maturity models and differentiating factors
- Deriving HR metrics out of HR processes
- Data sources (e.g. HR Software Solutions)
- Data analytics and quality assurance (incl. examples based on Microsoft Excel)
- HR-Benchmarking and Business Intelligence
- Practical examples from various organisations

Upon successful completion of this course, students are able to demonstrate solid knowledge and practical skills in the field of HR Controlling. They should know different instruments/tools of HR-Controlling, should be able to define HR metrics for various HR processes and analyze HR data.
