Business Correspondence: e-mails (negotiating with external partners, apologies, commercial: customer/supplier sequence, inquiries and orders, discussing terms, asking for payment), business reports, CVs and cover letters
Skills: presentations, job interviews, appraisals, dealing with conflict, analyzing and dealing with risk, influencing decisions
Grammar: linking words and phrases, text-reference, modal verbs and modal past, dependent prepositions, conditionals, gerund/ to-infinitive
