Banking Business Game
Brief description
After successful completion of this course, students can
- explain inter-dependencies among various banking departments (e.g. Front Office vs. Back Office)
- take team decisions, considering time constraints and competition among rivals
- analyse revenue data, and take decisions in the team based on them
- compare inter-dependencies between banking strategy, macro-economic trends, competitors,
- identify customer preferences, thus increasing market share and profitability
- assess the impact of decisions on liquidity management
