The University of Applied Sciences of the BFI Wien GmbH, Wohlmutstraße 22, 1020 Vienna is the organiser of the giveaway and responsible for data protection. The recipient of the content and data transmitted by the participant is the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna GmbH.

The University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna GmbH reserves the right to make changes and additions to the giveaways or to cancel the giveaways without prior notice.

Participation requirements and conditions

Participation in the giveaways is subject to the conditions of participation. By participating, the participants accept these as binding. Participation is voluntary, free of charge and possible up to the time stated in the giveaway posting. Participation and the chances of winning are not subject to the purchase of a product. The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the giveaway if they violate the conditions of participation, legal regulations or principles of morality.

To participate in the competition, the participant must answer the question correctly and submit the answer to the Microsoft form.

Determination, notification and publication of winners

The winner(s) will be selected from all participants who have fulfilled the general conditions of participation and will be notified by e-mail.

Data protection

The University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna GmbH is responsible for data protection regarding participation in the giveaway on https://www.fh-vie.ac.at/en/pa.... The University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna GmbH respects the privacy of the participants. The data of the participants or winners transmitted during the participation will be stored and processed by the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna GmbH. The participant expressly consents to the storage and processing of the data for the purpose of procuring the giveaway prize. The collected data will not be passed on to third parties at any time unless this is necessary for the delivery of the giveaway prize (e.g. depositing the giveaway prize with the cooperation partner of University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna GmbH who provided the giveaway prize). The personal data of the winners will be stored for as long as necessary for the distribution of the prizes.

Delivery of the giveaway prize and deadline

The giveaway prize can be delivered in several ways, which will be communicated to the winner by e-mail. If the winner does not respond within the time limit specified in the e-mail, there is no claim to the giveaway prize.

If the contact details provided by the winner are incorrect, the organizer is not obliged to search for the correct data. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact data shall be borne by the winner.

Legal recourse is not permitted.
