Head of degree programme and Vice Rector

Ina Pircher is head of the Bachelor's degree programme "Project Management and Information Technology" and focuses her research on the areas of intervention science, group dynamics and organisational observation on the one hand and university didactics on the other. In addition, the aspects and facets of project management and the management of project-orientated companies are also a key research topic.

In her most recent research work, Ina Pircher deals with topics such as how the communication instrument of group reflection can be used in the practice of project management, how participant observation can be used to record group dynamics and how the method of psychodynamic organisational observation can be used in teaching practice.
