The 3-year interdisciplinary research project is a continuation of partial aspects of the City of Vienna's "New Work - New Business" competence team. Taking gender and diversity aspects into account in terms of content, methodology and structure, research gaps on digital skills development, measurement and development approaches for a digital minimum and the situation of non-desk workers and people outside of traditional knowledge jobs will be addressed.
