Abstract:

The focus of the three-and-a-half-year research project, which starts on February 1, 2022, is the applicability for Vienna, with experiences from comparable European regions. Forms of financing and housing subsidy models are essential, as are the new opportunities arising from the development of sustainable finance. The interdisciplinary combination of economic, political science and economic geography perspectives, including the UAS research fields and the UAS degree programs in European Economics and Business Management and Banking and Finance, is innovative.
