MSc HR Management

This programme is aimed at graduates of the Academic HR Manager programme and takes the form of a one-semester extension leading to an MSc in HR Management.

This practice-led, action-oriented postgraduate programme enables participants to acquire key knowledge and skills that allow them to carry out HR management tasks professionally and confidently on the basis of the applicable legal framework. The programme provides valuable insights into contemporary HR management, labour and social law, payroll accounting, HR administration and business administration. These enable HR specialists to perform modern, competitive HR management tasks covering the full range of aspects and disciplines that are essential for successful companies, especially in the current age of economic transformation (with an emphasis on digitalisation and work 4.0).
