Learning outcome
After successful completion of this course, students can: - talk about materials and their technical properties, - present and describe technical processes at various stages and production techniques, - explain technical advantages and disadvantages as well as quality aspects and specifications of products to customers, - write complaint emails and reply politely to customer emails in which they name the different types of technical problems, - describe faults and suggest possible solutions.
