After successful completion of the course, the students can

  • apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the degree programme in an interdisciplinary way in the course of a project
  • identify the main influencing factors of the innovation capacity of organisations and different forms of innovations; analyse the connection between innovations and HR Management
  • explain the innovation potential of methods in HR Management
  • develop HR Management concepts for innovation-fostering framework conditions in the company
  • develop or reconfigure already existing methods for this purpose or develop new ones
  • develop competences of self-organisation, virtual collaboration, learning and creative teachniques; actively use them in innovation processes
  • develop or improve products, services or processes in the area of HR Management
  • design innovation-fostering framework conditions, resources and communication forms
  • use key functions and team-based methods of HR Management to foster innovations
  • use creative techniques and open development formats for the participative development of innovations
  • plan, realise and reflect on innovation projects with classical and new approaches
  • reflect on the work on innovation projects from a subject-specific perspective, from a process perspective and from a group-dynamic perspective
  • process and present the results and insights in the form of micro-learning or different digital formats
  • deduce measures for the design of HR Management from the acquired insights and experiences
