*) Stakeholder analysis and management: Introduction to identifying and analyzing stakeholders, their roles and needs as well as methods for effective stakeholder engagement and communication *Requirements elicitation techniques: in-depth study of various requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, observations, workshops and brainstorming to capture complete and accurate requirements *) Business process analysis and optimization: methods and tools for analyzing existing business processes, identifying weaknesses and developing optimization proposals to increase efficiency and effectiveness *) Creation and management of requirements specifications: Fundamentals and best practices for creating clear, complete and verifiable requirements specifications as well as techniques for ongoing management and adaptation of requirements as the project progresses *) Design Thinking: Introduction to the principles and methods of Design Thinking to develop creative and user-centered solutions to complex problems and put innovative ideas into practice

Learning outcome

After successful completion of the course, students will be able to, *) name the basic concepts and terminology of requirements engineering and business analysis, *) explain the principles and methods of stakeholder identification and requirements elicitation in the context of business processes, *) apply techniques for requirements elicitation and stakeholder identification in real project scenarios, *) analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, *) evaluate the quality of requirements specifications and business process analyses and make well-founded suggestions for improvement, *) create comprehensive requirements specifications and coordinate them with stakeholders and perform ongoing management of requirements and stakeholders.
