- apply the previously acquired project management knowledge in all relevant phases of the project life cycle. - evaluate the use of agile or traditional process models and choose the suitable methodology in accordance with the project requirements. - implement the entire project life cycle from project initiation to project completion based on a comprehensive case study including a number of simulated obstacles. After successfully completing "Project Tutorial Preperation", students are able to: - apply previously acquired project management knowledge during the project preparation phase. - evaluate the use of agile or traditional process models and choose a suitable methodology in accordance with the project requirements.
