Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, students can
- explain the interaction of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow (2),
- read and interpret financial statement information (4),
- explain the importance of strategic goals (2), derive them on the basis of strategic analyses (4) and align the structures, processes and tasks of operational management with them (5),
- identify levers for improving the operational performance of a company (4) and derive appropriate measures (5),
- analyse the effects of the financing structure of companies on profitability and risk management (4),
- anticipate the effects of strategic decisions on business performance indicators and thus be able to make targeted business decisions (5).
