After successful completion of this course, students can: - understand and use the most important aspects of communication in an intercultural context, - describe, differentiate and apply the basic models of comparative cultural management research in an intercultural context, - explain the significance of intercultural characteristics for sales success, - distinguish and evaluate intercultural behaviors comparatively.
