Continuous assessment: assignments based on case studies. Assessment criteria: completeness, degree of innovation, level of detail and complexity of answers, accuracy of solutions and results, compliance with formal criteria.

After successful completion of the course, students can

  • name the importance of strategic concepts in business management (1),
  • design strategic concepts for corporate development (6),
  • design possible steps for strategy development, strategy implementation and strategy control based on environmental and business analysis (6),
  • describe strategic alternatives open to a company and develop the strategy suitable for a company through targeted use of strategic instruments (6).
