• Topics: market research and international marketing, brands, management and mentoring, mobile banking, managing money, environmental and cyber challenges, challenges at the workplace, intercultural management, secondments abroad, relocation and retention • Business Correspondence: e-mails, letters, graphs, social media, summarising findings • Skills: dealing with questions, collaborating, defending your ideas, managing challenging conversations, giving feedback on performance, appraisals • Grammar: verb tenses (active and passive), noun compounds/ phrases/ combinations, describing trends, multiword verbs, reported speech, adverbs and adjectives, defining and non-defining relative clauses, question tags, cleft sentences, linking phrases and words, inversion
