Business Development Project
Brief description
In this project seminar students will work on a BDM project. Input and tasks on - tasks and tools of BDM, - links between creativity and innovation, - creativity methods - lean management strategies - market analysis - lean management strategies, and - business model canvas are linked to the students’ BDM projects.

Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, students can - define Business Development and know the main tasks of and tools for Business Development Management - analyse the links between Business Development and strategy - understand the link between creativity and innovation and are able to apply basic creativity methods in their BDM project - apply lean management strategies - apply the Business Model Canvas to develop new business models - conceptualize and structure a BDM project, conduct the necessary analyses, and create a BDM concept - design an abbreviated business plan for a BDM project - present their project tailored to their relevant target group. The learning outcomes of this course contribute mainly to the following (international) programme learning outcomes: LO 3.1., 3.4., 3.5., 5.1.
